Oga Adejo- Ogiri

Oga Adejo-Ogiri is a seasoned energy professional with over 25 years’ experience across technical, commercial, and policy roles in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector. He is currently the Executive Secretary of the Association of Local Distributors of Gas (ALDG) and the MD/CEO of Highland LNG Limited.
Formerly a senior executive at Axxela (Oando Gas & Power), he played a key role in expanding Nigeria’s gas infrastructure. He served as a Technical Adviser in the Oil & Gas Unit of the Federal Ministry of Finance under Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and began his career at Shell Nigeria in commercial and engineering roles. Mr. Adejo-Ogiri holds an MSc in Energy Studies from the University of Dundee and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from FUTO. He has also completed advanced training in Oil & Gas Engineering in the UK, reinforcing his leadership in Nigeria’s evolving gas landscape.
